LOCATION: London, UK
DrDoctor is a fast-growing digital health company founded in 2012. Our technology improves appointment scheduling, increases clinic efficiency by reducing no-shows and fills empty slots. We save the NHS millions of pounds each year and are currently deployed across 22 major hospitals around the UK including Guy’s and St Thomas’ & Great Ormond Street.
We’re looking for a Head of People to help us recruit, train and keep the best team while protecting our culture as we scale the company.
Are you someone who enjoys people puzzles? What makes people tick and how do you get the most out of a high performing team?
We’re recruiting hard and looking to grow the team. To do that we’ll need to identify the best people that fit with our culture and will add the most value to the company. You’ll need to set our recruiting strategy and manage the process to make sure we use a consistent approach to all roles.
You will be the one to help nurture the existing team and make sure everyone is able to work to the best of their abilities. You’ll look at how teams are structured, what our reporting lines are, the internal and external training, and whether people have clear roles, goals and targets. As we grow the team it will put strain on different areas and you’ll be the one to identify where the growing pains are and what we can do to help this.
This is a wide-ranging role and will bring you into contact with teams and people at all levels of the company. You should be up to date on the fundamentals of employment law and comfortable engaging teams in both large and small group sessions.
